First Time Diving
First time diving – “Good morning,” says Mila as we prepare the gear. A great briefing and orientation, then off to the pool to practice. “How long?” “As much time as you need to feel comfortable before going to the ocean.” We start the trip to Tayrona—look at the beautiful dive spot they found for us. We descend with our 5★ instructor, greeted by little colorful fish, a trumpetfish that crossed our path, and a dragon—look at the size of this creature that appeared before we headed up. We stopped to rest on the boat, chatting a bit, then got back in the water. Colorful coral and a parrotfish we caught having breakfast. We finished the dive surrounded by these blue little friends and came back like champions.
